赋权增能视角下初中生健康行为培养课堂教学路径探究

摘要 课内外相结合的健康行为培养模式是促进学生身心健康和积极适应外部环境的重要路径。健康行为作为核心素养的重要组成部分,在培养实践中一直没有找到很好的抓手。通过观察法、归纳分析法、数理统计法等,对初中生锻炼意识和习惯、健康知识掌握与运用、情绪调控和适应环境进行研究,发现在课堂体育教学中赋予学生认知权、参与权、管理权、决策权、话语权,提升学生的认知水平、自主意识、责任意识、决策能力、表达能力,有助于学生健康行为的培养。因此,在赋权增能视角下,健康行为培养重点可从课堂体育教学进行构建,通过赋权增能视角下健康行为引导的“学、练、赛、评”一体化课堂体育教学及健康知识手抄报课后作业,提高学生对健康行为知识的掌握及运用能力,为校内外学生健康行为培养提供操作路径和实践抓手。 The health behavior training model that combines classrooms inside and outside is an important way to promote students'physical and mental health and actively adapt to the external environment.Health behavior is an important part of core literacy,and a good tool has not been found in its training practice.Through the methods of observation,inductive analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the exercise consciousness and habits,the mastery and application of health knowledge,the emotional regulation and the adaptation to the environment of junior high school students,and finds that students are endowed with the cognitive right,participation right,management right,decision-making right and discourse right in classroom physical education teaching,and that their cognitive level,independent consciousness,responsibility consciousness,decision-making ability and expression ability are improved,which is conducive to the cultivation of their health behavior.Therefore,from the perspective of empowerment,the focus of health behavior training can be constructed from classroom physical education teaching.Through the classroom physical education teaching integrating"learning,training,competing and evaluating"guided by health behavior and the hand-copied after-school homework of health knowledge from the perspective of empowerment,students'ability to grasp and use health behavior knowledge is improved,which provides the operation path and practice tool for the health behavior cultivation of students inside and outside the school.
