摘要
通过对同日龄黄羽肉鸡饮水中投喂2倍剂量的磺胺氯吡嗪类药物和多西环素类药物后,检测不同休药时间内2类药物在鸡肉组织中的代谢残留变化情况,旨在为推进家禽健康养殖和科学制定休药期提供理论依据。试验选取150只90日龄的黄羽肉鸡,随机分为3组,每组50只鸡,分别为对照组、磺胺氯吡嗪药物组、多西环素药物组。结果表明,对照组未检测到任何药物残留;磺胺氯吡嗪药物组,休药后第1、4、7、11天鸡胸脯肉中药物残留量分别为(0.0342±0.02163)、(0.0134±0.00212)、(0.0121±0.00189)、(0.0085±0.00141)mg/kg;多西环素药物组,休药后第7、14、21、28、33天鸡胸脯肉中药物残留量分别为(0.1395±0.03161)、(0.0299±0.02259)、(0.0103±0.00344)、(0.0077±0.00112)、(0.0064±0.00029)mg/kg。研究得出,按超2倍剂量投喂磺胺氯吡嗪类药物和多西环素类药物后,休药期第11天仍有磺胺氯吡嗪类药物残留、第33天后仍有多西环素类药物残留。
After the yellow-feathered broilers of the same-day age were fed with double doses of sulfachloropyrazines or doxycyclines in drinking water,the metabolic residual changes of two types of drugs in chicken tissue during different withdrawal periods were detected,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for promoting healthy poultry breeding and scientifically formulating drug withdrawal period.In the experiment,the yellow-feathered broilers of 90-day-old were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups of 50 chickens in each group,including control group,sulfachloropyrazine drug group and doxycycline drug group.The results showed as follows:no drug residue was detected in control group;In the sulfachloropyrazine group,the drug residues in chicken chest muscles at days 1,4,7 and 11 after withdrawal were(0.0342±0.02163)mg/kg,(0.0134±0.00212)mg/kg,(0.0121±0.00189)mg/kg and(0.0085±0.00141)mg/kg,respectively;In the doxycycline group,the drug residues in chicken chest muscles at 7,14,21,28 and 33 days after drug withdrawal were(0.1395±0.03161)mg/kg,(0.0299±0.02259)mg/kg,(0.0103±0.00344)mg/kg,(0.0077±0.00112)mg/kg and(0.0064±0.00029)mg/kg,respectively.The study concluded that after double doses of sulfachloropyrazines or doxycyclines were administered,sulfachloropyrazine residues were still present on the 11th day of the drug withdrawal period,and doxycycline residues on the 33th day.
