加氢反应馏出物与低分油换热器腐蚀分析

摘要 为了延长加氢反应馏出物与低分油换热器使用寿命,通过对换热器腐蚀情况的了解,分析E2104管程腐蚀性和壳程腐蚀性原因,得出引起E2104腐蚀主要在壳程腐蚀。通过垢物化验分析及低分油的化验分析数据,分析发生腐蚀的主要原因是冷低分油带水,次要原因为净化水带入的氯和硫通过低分油转入壳层结盐导致垢下腐蚀,导致管束快速失效。提出采取设备材料升级、开展冷低分油含水量控制、注水水质优化、工艺防腐控制、腐蚀监检测等措施,提高加氢反应馏出物与低分油换热器使用寿命。 In order to extend the service life of the hydrogenation reaction distillate and low separation oil heat exchanger,through understanding the corrosion situation,the corrosion mainly occurs in the tube side and shell side.Analyzing the corrosion reasons of E2104 tube side and shell side,it is found that the main cause of E2104 corrosion is shell side corrosion,because the cold low separation carries water,and the secondary reason is that the chlorine and sulfur brought in by the purified water are too low to separate the oil and transfer to the shell layer for salt formation,resulting in corrosion under the scale and rapid failure of the tube bundle.Measures such as selecting equipment materials,conducting research on controlling the water content of cold low separation oil,optimizing water injection quality,controlling process anti-corrosion,and monitoring corrosion have been proposed,providing valuable experience for the corrosion of similar devices.
