环境保护技术规范在节能减排中的应用

当前,我国经济社会快速发展,人民群众生产生活水平显著提升,但“重视经济效益,忽视环境保护”的现象依然没有完全消失,污染自然生态环境、消耗大量能源,阻碍可持续发展的行为时有发生。由此,我国积极推进节能减排,大力发展第三产业及绿色科技。文章主要研究环境保护技术规范在节能减排中的应用,简单概述了环境保护技术规范与节能减排,强调了二者的重要性,重点分析了大气污染、工业生产用水污染与居民生活用水等水污染、固体废物等常见污染类型,并且针对性提出环境保护技术规范的应用策略,针对未来发展,进一步提出了加强宣传、控制能耗、创新技术等策略,以此提升环境保护技术规范在节能减排中的应用效果,为节能减排相关工作提供规范与保障,促进我国节能减排事业快速发展。

At present,China's rapid economic and social development,the people's production and living standards have been significantly improved,but the phenomenon of“paying attention to economic benefits and neglecting environmental protection”has not completely disappeared,polluting the natural ecological environment,consuming a large amount of energy,and hindering the sustainable development of the behavior oc-curs from time to time.Therefore,China actively promotes energy conservation and emission reduction,and vigorously develops tertiary industry and green technology.The article mainly studies the application of environmental protection technical specifications in energy conservation and emission reduction,briefly outlines the environmental protection technical specifications and energy conservation and emission reduction,emphasizes the im-portance of both,focuses on the analysis of atmospheric pollution,industrial production water pollution and residential water pollution,water pollu-tion,solid waste and other common types of pollution,and targeted to the application of environmental protection technical specifications proposed strategy for the future development,and further proposed to strengthening publicity,control of energy consumption,innovative technology and other strategies to enhance the application of environmental protection technical specifications in energy conservation and emission reduction,to provide norms and safeguards for energy conservation and emission reduction related work,and to promote the rapid development of China's energy conser-vation and emission reduction.
