摘要
采用2011-2020年长江经济带城市的面板数据,利用空间DID模型将同群效应假说引入城市环境质量的空间效应分析,测算了碳试点政策的实施对城市环境质量的影响。结果表明:①长江经济带的地理与经济相邻城市之间存在着显著的正向同群效应,其中以地理相邻城市之间的正向同群效应表现得最为明显;②碳交易试点政策的实施对长江经济带城市环境质量存在正向的影响,且会产生负向的空间溢出效应。基于此,提出了加强长江经济带减污降碳区域协作、多措并举提升环境质量、完善碳交易试点政策配套体系等政策建议。
This paper uses the panel data of cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt region from 2011 to 2020,and uses the spatial DID model to introduce the peer effect hypothesis into the spatial effect analysis of urban environmental quality.The impact of the implementation of carbon trading pilot policies on urban environmental quality is calculated.The research results show that:①There is a significant positive peer effect between geographically and economically adjacent cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt region,with the peer effect between geographically adjacent cities being the most significant.②The implementation of carbon trading pilot policies has a positive impact on the environmental quality of cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt region,and will generate a negative spatial spillover effect.Based on this,this paper proposes policy recommendations such as strengthening regional cooperation in pollution reduction and carbon reduction in the Yangtze River Economic Belt region,implementing multiple measures to improve environmental quality,and improving the policy support system for carbon trading pilot projects.
