摘要
利用SSR分子标记技术对173份草莓品种进行遗传分析,结果表明:草莓的平均期望杂合度(0.5898)高于平均期望纯合度(0.4102),但是平均观测纯合度(0.8515)却远高于平均观测杂合度(0.1485),纯合基因较多,杂合基因较少,遗传多样性较低。草莓的果重大小与其等位基因有关,纯和的等位基因A、F过高会抑制草莓果实的成长,纯和的等位基因B、C、D过高会促进草莓果实的成长。
The genetic analysis of 173 strawberry varieties using SSR molecular marker technology showed that:The average expected heterozygosity(0.5898)of strawberry was higher than the average expected homozygosity(0.4102),but the average observed homozygosity(0.8515)was much higher than the average observed heterozygosity(0.1485),with more homozygous genes,fewer heterozygous genes and low genetic diversity.The weight and the size of strawberry is related to its alleles.High pure harmony alleles A and F of can inhibit the growth of the fruit,while high pure harmony of alleles B,C and D can promote the growth of strawberry fruit.
