高校课程思政建设应系统设计,整体推进,自觉渗透于全员、全程、全方位育人中,以党的二十大精神为引领,以《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》为指导,做到:以纲为基,着力课程思政元素挖掘;以师为要,着力教师思政素养提升;以课为主,着力课程思政底色打造;以研促教,着力课程思政入脑入心;以生为本,着力课程思政实施成效,全面推进课程思政建设。

Curriculum Ideological and political construction in Colleges and Universities should be designed systematically and carried out consciously during the talent cultivation.It should be led by the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and guided by Guidelines for the Construction of Ideological and Political Courses in Institutions of Higher Learning to explore ideological and political elements,enhance ideological and political qualities of teachers,take advantage of classroom teaching,take the ideological and political elements into the brains of students and check the ideological and political construction effect.
