摘要
“三创”是一项融创新精神、创业实践、创造价值于一体的综合性、探索性活动,关键在于激发人的创造力和主观能动性,并强调开创精神与破土行动。近年来,“三创”作为一种融合式发展的教育理念,其发展趋势从时代所需转变为政策驱动,从要素割裂转变为集约整合。因此,我国高校“三创”体系治理路径可从以下四个方面展开:加强思想与精神引领,明晰发展理念;整合发展资源与力量,理顺发展要素;明晰发展内容与方式,优化发展样态;健全管理体制与运行机制,增强发展通畅性,不断深化高校“三创”供给侧改革,促进高校“三创”供给向增量提质转变。
The“Three Innovations”is a comprehensive and exploratory activity that integrates innovative spirit,entrepreneurial practice and value creation.The key is to stimulate people’s creativity and subjective initiative,and emphasize pioneering spirit and ground-breaking actions.As an integrated educational concept,its development has shifted from the needs of the times to policy-driven,from the separation of elements to intensive integration.In this regard,the governance path of the“Three Innovations”system in Chinese colleges and universities can be carried out from the following four aspects:strengthening ideological and spiritual guidance,and clarifying development concepts;integrating development resources and forces,and streamlining development elements;clarifying the content and methods of development,optimizing the development pattern;improving the management system and operational mechanism,enhancing the smoothness of development,and continuously deepening the supply side reform of“Three Innovations”towards an incremental and qualitative transformation.
