评估视角下公共图书馆创新实践及发展对策研究——以连云港地区公共图书馆为例

Research on Strategies for Innovative Development of Public Libraries from the Perspective of Evaluation—Taking the Public Libraries in Lianyungang Area as an Example

文章以连云港地区第七次全国县级以上公共图书馆评估实践为研究主题,总结梳理连云港地区公共图书馆事业发展情况,结合评估指标列举部分具有参考价值的创新实践案例,分析探讨图书馆目前存在的问题及发展对策,并从顶层设计、管理理念、服务意识等方面论述公共图书馆创新实践路径,以期为地区公共图书馆事业高质量发展提供借鉴。

This paper takes the seventh national evaluation practice of public libraries above the county level in Lianyungang area as the research theme,summarizes and sorts out the development of public library in Lianyungang area.Some innovative practices with reference value are listed in combination with evaluation indicators.The paper also analyzes and discusses the existing problems and development countermeasures of libraries.In addition,the paper discusses the innovative practice path of public libraries from the aspects of top-level design,management concept and service consciousness,so as to provide reference for the high quality development of regional public libraries.
