新时代“大思政课”视阈下高校刑法学课程迭代升级研究

On the Iterative Upgrading of Criminal Law Courses in Colleges from thePerspective of "Overall Ideological and Political Courses" in the New Era

在“大思政课”的现代视阈中,高校刑法学课程建设应当严格贯彻习近平总书记重要讲话精神和殷切嘱托,牢牢把握全面推进“新文科”建设的历史机遇,紧密围绕立德树人、德法兼修的任务,坚持刑法理论知识传授、法治能力培养和社会主义价值引领相统一。新时代高校刑法学课程迭代升级须充分挖掘刑法学科蕴含的丰富思政育人元素,综合运用讲授点拨、案例穿插、专题嵌入、讨论辨析、实务课程等方式巧妙自然地将社会主义核心价值观与习近平法治思想等思政元素融入刑法学课堂教学和考试考核,推动刑法学课程“教学大纲”变成“育人大纲”,促使刑法学专业教育和思政教育相结合,达成“春风化雨、润物无声”的教学育人效果,着力培育法治理论、法治思维、法治能力、职业伦理俱佳的新时代卓越法治人才,为新时代刑事法治伟大实践输出一批具有较高专业素质和政治素养的人才。

In the modern perspective of the Overall Ideological and Political Education Courses,the construction of criminal law courses in colleges and universities should strictly implement the spirit of the important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jin⁃ping and his earnest wishes,firmly grasp the historical opportunity to comprehensively promote the construction of the new liberal arts,closely focusing on the tasks of cultivating moral integrity and cultivating both morality and law,and insisting on the unity of the teaching of theoretical knowledge of criminal law,the cultivation of rule of law competence,and the leadership of socialist val⁃ues.The iterative upgrading of criminal law courses in colleges and universities in the new era must fully tap the rich elements of ideological and political education contained in the discipline of criminal law,and skillfully and naturally integrate the ideological and political elements of socialist core values and Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law into the classroom teaching of criminal law and examination and assessment by comprehensively applying the methods of lectures and instructions,interspersed with cas⁃es,embedded in special topics,discussed and analyzed,and practiced in practical courses.The syllabus of criminal law courses has been turned into the syllabus of human cultivation,so as to combine the professional education of criminal law with the educa⁃tion of ideology and politics,to achieve the effect of teaching and cultivating people in a silent way,and to cultivate new-era excel⁃lent talents in rule of law who are good at the theory of rule of law,thinking of the rule of law,ability of the rule of law,and profes⁃sional ethics,and to output a batch of talents with high professional quality and political literacy for the great practice of the rule of law in the new era.
