岸边集装箱起重机小车轨道理论寿命与影响因素分析

摘要 随着集装箱码头高效率运营要求,岸边集装箱起重机的运行速度和载重量均有提升。不断提高的起升载荷及小车运行速度对小车轨道造成更大的冲击和磨损,进而影响小车轨道寿命。为了进一步研究大型岸边集装箱起重机小车轨道寿命,文中根据实际轨道破坏形式进行分析,总结出小车轨道寿命的影响因素;并对小车轨道选型计算进行理论分析,推导出影响小车轨道寿命的因素及小车轨道载荷谱系数的计算方法。根据理论影响因素给出优化的制造和安装工艺,提高岸边集装箱起重机小车轨道寿命。 With ever-demanding operation efficiency of container terminals,the operation speed and load capacity of quayside container cranes have been improved.The increasing hoisting load and the running speed of trolley have brought great impact and wear to the trolley track,which further affects the service life of trolley track.In order to further study the service life of the trolley track of large quayside container cranes,in this paper,according to the actual track failure modes,the influencing factors of trolley track service life were summarized.In addition,the trolley track type selection calculation was analyzed theoretically,and the factors affecting trolley track service life and the calculation method of trolley track load spectrum coefficient were deduced.Based on the theoretical influencing factors,the optimized manufacturing and installation processes are put forward hoping to improve the service life of trolley track of quayside container crane.
