基于新型多功能电子控制器的起升抬吊与同步应用

摘要 抬吊与同步应用是起重应用中的典型场景,传统的继电控制方式已不能满足各行业对自动化控制需求,而基于PLC的控制方案则对起重机企业在技术人才储备、项目执行难度与时效、项目综合运维成本等方面提出了较高要求。文中以上述起升抬吊与同步应用为例,通过对比PLC通行方案,研究某新型多功能电子控制器的技术创新和优势,可基于其多功能属性拓展至更多经典或非标应用场景。 Hoisting and synchronous application are typical scenes in crane operation.At present,the traditional relay control method obviously can’t meet the requirements of automation control in different industries.The control plan based on PLC brings a series of higher requirements for hoisting enterprises,such as technical talent reserve,implementation difficulty and timeliness,comprehensive operation and maintenance cost and so on.In this paper,taking the above-mentioned hoisting and synchronous application as an example,the technological innovation and advantages of a new multifunctional electronic controller were studied by comparing the PLC travelling plans,which can be applied to more classic or non-standard application scenarios based on multifunctional properties.
