摘要
为了准确识别秸秆揉丝机的振动噪声源,基于阵列式声压传感器测试了秸秆揉丝机的多点振动噪声,对所采集的噪声信号进行自谱分析与小波分析,获得揉丝机的频率分布规律与噪声能量分布规律。分析表明,秸秆揉丝机的振动噪声由旋转噪声和宽频噪声构成,揉丝机的锤片、铡刀与抛送叶片的旋转噪声为主要噪声源,噪声能量主要集中在低频段(500 Hz以下),占总能量的80%以上。在入料口与出料口处振动噪声声压级达到峰值(入料口114.40 dB,出料口112.10 dB),其中入料口、出料处的主要噪声源分别为转子锤片与抛扔叶板通过频率的旋转噪声。
To accurately identify the vibration noise source of the straw kneading machine,the multi-point vibration noise of the straw kneading machine was tested based on the array sound pressure sensor,and the collected noise signals were analyzed by self-spectrum and wavelet to obtain the frequency distribution and noise energy distribution of the machine.The analysis showed that the vibration noise of straw kneading machine was composed of rotating noise and broadband noise,and the rotating noise of hammer,guilloscope and blade was the main noise source.The noise energy mainly concentrated in the low frequency band(below 500 Hz),accounting for more than 80%of the total energy.The vibration noise sound pressure level reaches the peak at the inlet and outlet(114.40 dB at the inlet and 112.10 dB at the outlet).The main noise sources at the inlet and outlet are respectively the rotating noise of the rotor hammer and the throwing blade passing frequency.
