旧油管及油管柱可靠性的控制方法研究与应用

摘要 针对油管服役过程中各种失效形式的特征,依据实际情况设计了旧油管现场检测方法,开发了能够满足旧油管使用的专用密封脂,设计并制造了可溶型油管柱试压专用工具,结合现场条件,进一步规范了作业方法。并在某天然气生产区块进行规模应用。结果表明:以上现场检测方法、操作方法和两种产品实施535口井后,保证了入井油管的可靠性,同时结合开发现状,进一步延长了油管的使用寿命,节约各项成本达700万元。 Based on the characteristics of various failure forms in the process of tubing service,the field testing method of old tubing was designed according to the actual situation,the special sealing grease that can meet the use of old tubing was developed,and the special tool for pressure testing of soluble tubing string was designed and manufactured.Combined with the field conditions,the oper-ation method was further standardized,And the large-scale application was conducted in a natural gas production block.The results show that:after the above field detection method,operation method and two kinds of products are implemented in 535 Wells,the reli-ability of the oil pipe into the well is guaranteed,and the service life of the oil pipe is further extended in combination with the devel-opment status,and the cost is saved up to 7 million Yuan.
