摘要
针对原位煤样球阀式定点密闭取心工艺技术,可靠性低、精准度不高、取样端口启闭装置易密封不佳、成功率低等问题,研制一种新型定点密闭取样装置。密闭端口结构采用常闭式,解决了煤样“污染”问题,尺寸小,操作简便,稳定性高。现场工业性对比验证试验结果显示:长钻孔常闭式定点密闭取样装置取样量均大于400 g,24 h取样内筒瓦斯压力变化不超过5%,瓦斯参数测定数据准确,优于SDQ取样装置,可为大区域“两个四位一体”瓦斯治理整体评价提供数据支持,具有良好的社会和经济效益。
A new type of fixed-point sealed sampling device was developed to address the issues of low reliability,low accuracy,poor sealing of the sampling port opening and closing device,and low success rate in the in-situ coal sample ball valve fixed-point sealed sampling technology.The closed port structure adopts a normally closed type to solve the problem of coal sample contamination,with small size,easy operation,and high stability.The on-site industrial comparative verification test results showed that the sampling volume of the long borehole normally closed fixed-point closed sampling device was greater than 400 g,and the variation of the cylinder pressure within 24 hours of sampling was not more than 5%.The gas parameter measurement data is accurate and superior to the SDQ sampling device.It can provide data support for the overall evaluation of the“two four in one”gas treatment in large areas and has good social and economic benefits.
