采煤机截割电动机防转装置的设计与应用

摘要 针对采煤机摇臂截割电动机在井下使用过程中出现的“转圈”故障现象,通过改进截割电动机的定位结构,设计了一种采煤机截割电动机辅助定位装置,包括增加电动机定位销防退组件和楔形防转组件,从两方面加强了电动机的定位效果,实际应用表明可保证截割电动机的可靠固定。 In response to the“rotation”fault phenomenon of the coal winning machine’s rocker arm cutting motor during underground use,an auxiliary positioning device for the coal winning machine’s cutting motor was designed by improving the positioning structure of the cutting motor.The device includes an additional motor positioning pin anti-retreat component and a wedge-shaped anti-rotation component,which enhances the positioning effect of the motor from two aspects.Practical applications showed that the reliable fixation of the cutting motor could be guaranteed.
