基于物元可拓的老旧小区绿色化改造效益评价

摘要 随着“碳中和”及“碳达峰”双碳目标的提出,城市已成为双碳战略实施的主战场,而老旧小区的绿色化、低碳化改造是推进城市有机更新与双碳战略协同发展的关键.从经济、技术、环境及社会效益4个方面出发,构建老旧小区绿色化改造综合效益评价指标体系,量化“绿化减碳”的环境效益;基于层次分析法(AHP)及物元可拓理论建立老旧小区绿色化改造综合效益评价模型,分析评价某市老旧小区绿色化改造实例.结果表明,老旧小区绿色化改造综合效益评价等级隶属于“良”,模型评价所得的结果与实例改造的实际情况相符合,验证了模型的可靠性和适用性,为老旧小区绿色化改造后的效益评价提供可量化的方法. With the proposal of"carbon neutral"and"carbon peak"dual-carbon goals,the city have become the main battlefield for the implementation of the dual-carbon strategy,and the green and low-carbon transformation of the old residential areas is the key to promote the coordinated development of the urban organic renewal and the dual-carbon strategy.From the economic benefits,technical benefits,ecological benefits and social benefits of four perspectives,this paper constructed the comprehensive evaluation indicator system of green transformation of old residential area,to quantify the environmental benefits of"greening and carbon reduction";developed a comprehensive benefit evaluation model for the sustainable renovation of existing residential areas based on hierarchical analysis(AHP)and extension theory,and an old neighborhood greening renovation as an example for empirical analysis.The evaluation results indicated that the comprehensive benefit assessment of the green transformation in the old residential area was categorized as"satisfactory"and`the results obtained from the model evaluation were consistent with the actual situation of the example modification,which verified the reliability and applicability of the model,and provided a quantifiable method for the benefit evaluation of the old residential area after the green transformation.
