摘要
微电网是一种智能化的控制系统,其运行效果与管控技术密切相关。为了实现微电网的精细化管理,开展了微电网运行过程评价研究,建立了包含有功功率控制、电压/无功调节、孤岛安全技术和能量优化管理4个方面的微电网运行控制关键技术评价指标体系;同时提出了基于改进变权评价方法的综合评价方法,解决了评价结果不能反映部分指标权重较小但指标值已严重偏离正常值的实际评价问题。最后,通过实际微电网运行评价算例,验证了提出的微电网运行过程评价指标体系和评价方法的有效性。
The microgrid is an intelligent control system whose operation effect is closely related to its control technology.In order to realize the fine management of microgrid,the operation control key technology evaluation index system of microgrid is established from four aspects:active power control technology,voltage/reactive power regulation technology,island security technology and energy optimization management technology.And an improved variable weight evaluation method is proposed for comprehensive evaluation of microgrid operating characteristics,which can be used to solve the problem that the evaluation result can not reflect the small weight but the index value deviates from the normal value.Finally,the effectiveness of the evaluation index system and the evaluation method of the operation process of the microgrid is verified by the actual microgrid demonstration project.
