普通小球藻与浮萍共生系统净化猪场废水的研究

摘要 为了经济高效地处理养殖废水,贯彻可持续发展战略,需寻求一种无害化净化猪场废水的途径.本研究采用普通小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)与植物浮萍(Lemna minor)相结合的一体化系统,评估其对猪场废水的处理效率.结果如下:当实验进行到第12天时,小球藻-浮萍系统对氮和磷的去除率达到最大,分别为93.42%和83.51%,而后因藻细胞裂解,氮磷含量升高.第2~8天,小球藻的最大光量子产量(Fv/Fm)和相对电子传递效率(ETR)逐渐上升,第4~8天,实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),高浓度营养盐影响了小球藻的光合作用.第2~8天,实验组小球藻抗氧化系统酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),随着氮磷浓度降低,胁迫强度减弱,酶活性逐渐恢复正常水平,小球藻与浮萍共培养处理养猪废水有巨大潜力.通过使用微藻与浮萍联合系统处理猪场废水,提供了一种有前景的污染物去除新思路,同时还可有效吸收二氧化碳,应用前景广阔. In order to treat farm wastewater economically and efficiently and to implement a sustainable development strategy,a way to clean swine wastewater harmlessly needs to be found.In this study,an integrated system combining Chlorella Vulgaris and Lemna minor was used to evaluate the efficiency of swine wastewater treatment.The results were as follows:the maximum removal of nitrogen and phosphorus by the Chlorella Vulgaris and Lemna minor system were 93.42%and 83.51%,respectively.When the experiment was carried out until day 12,after which the nitrogen and phosphorus levels increased due to the lysis of the algal cells.On days 2~8,the maximum photon yield(Fv/Fm)and relative electron transfer efficiency(ETR)of Chlorella Vulgaris gradually increased,and on days 4~8,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the high concentration of nutrient salts affected the photosynthesis of Chlorella Vulgaris.On days 2~8,the enzyme activity of the antioxidant system of Chlorella Vulgaris was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).As the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus decreased and the intensity of stress diminished,the enzyme activity gradually returned to normal levels,and there was great potential for Chlorella Vulgaris to be treated with swine wastewater by co-culture with puffballs.Using combined system of microalgae and Lemna minor to treat swine wastewater,a promising new idea for pollutant removal is provided,which can also effectively absorb carbon dioxide and has promising applications.
