基于新工科建设的煤炭专业人才培养思考

摘要 煤炭作为我国基础能源和工业原料,为我国经济社会快速发展和国家能源稳定供应提供了重要保障。但近年来煤炭资源开发采深增大且冲击地压等灾害频发。立足现代智慧矿山发展需求,牵引工程现场冲击灾害实际问题,提出将现有先进信息科学与技术交叉与传统采矿行业融合,开展冲击地压智能监测预警等新工科建设的思路;并以此为案例,在此基础上提出“双碳”背景下新工科建设对煤炭行业发展与专业人才培养存在的问题,尝试改造升级传统工科专业、培养新兴领域工程科技人才,推动企业生产发展与高校教学能力提高,促进校企产学研合作协同育人改革与发展,具有较强的工程意义和重要的社会经济价值。 Coal,as the basic energy and industrial raw material,provides an important guarantee for the rapid development of China’s economy and society and the steady supply of national energy.However,in recent years,mining depth of coal resources increases resulting in the rock burst occurs frequently.Based on the development needs of modern smart mines and the practical problems of impact disasters on the project site,this paper puts forward the idea of building a new engineering department to carry out intelligent monitoring and early warning of rock burst in the traditional mining industry by using the existing advanced information science and technology,and puts forward the problems existing in the training of professionals in the coal industry under the background of“double carbons”and“new engineering”policies,it is of great engineering signifi cance and important socio-economic value to try to transform and upgrade traditional engineering majors,cultivate engineering and scientifi c talents in emerging fi elds,promote the production development of enterprises and the improvement of teaching ability of colleges and universities,and promote the reform and development of university enterprise industry university research cooperation and collaborative education.
