Talking About Teaching System of Talent Cultivation forModern Rail Transit Equipment Operation and Maintenance with Example

培养现代轨道交通装备运维技能人才必须合理设计教学体系。以现代铁路企业“2+1”高职专科生定向培养模式为例,从课程架构、教学策略、评价机制等方面阐述现代轨道交通装备运维技能人才培养的教学体系设计,分析存在的不足并提出改进措施,旨在为高等职业教育技能人才培养提供实践性借鉴。

The teaching system must be reasonably designed to cultivation skill talent for modern rail transit equipment operation and maintenance.Taking the“2+1”directional cultivation mode of higher vocational college students of modern railway enterprises as an example,the teaching system design of modern rail transit equipment operation and maintenance skill talent cultivation are elaborated from the aspects of curriculum structure,teaching strategy and evaluation mechanism.Moreover,the defi ciencies are analyzed and the improvement measures are put forward.It can provide some practical reference of the higher vocational education skill talents cultivation.
