摘要
食品工艺综合实习课程是食品科学与工程和食品质量与安全专业在培养应用型人才模式下开设的一门综合实践类必修课程。引入项目教学法,对课程进行教学改革,让学生在教学理念、教学模式上进行根本转变,从而加强学生自主学习的积极性、团队的合作性、发散思维的创造力、解决问题的能力。
The food technology comprehensive practical course is a comprehensive practical compulsory course off ered by the majors of food science and engineering and food quality and safety under the mode of cultivating applied talents.We introduce project teaching method,to reform the curriculum,let students make a fundamental change in teaching philosophy and teaching mode,thereby,students’enthusiasm for inde-pendent learning,team cooperation,creativity of divergent thinking,and problem-solving ability are strengthened.
