Research and Practice of Post Course Competition Certifi cate Integration and Three Teachings Reform Under 1+X Certifi cate System

以云计算平台运维与开发“1+X”证书认证考核为主要途径,通过优化课程设置和教学标准,将人才培养方案、教学标准、课程内容和“1+X”职业技能等级标准融合,并构建以“岗”“赛”和“证”为主线的精英人才培养模式,实现分层培养学生的目标。在推进教学改革过程中,尤其需要强化课程改革建设,推进教材、教师、教法“三教”改革,深化产教融合、校企合作,以提高学生的职业适应力和岗位迁移能力。

This paper takes the Cloud Computing Platform Operation,Maintenance and Development“1+X”certifi cate certifi cation assessment as the main way,by optimizing the curriculum and teaching standards,the talent training plan,teaching standards,course content and 1+X vocational skill level standards are integrated and build an elite talent training model with“post”“competition”and“certificate”as the main line to achieve the goal of training students at diff erent levels.In the process of promoting this teaching reform,it is especially necessary to strengthen the curriculum reform and construction,promote the“three teachings”reform of textbooks,teachers and teaching methods,deepen the integration of production and education,and school-enterprise cooperation to improve students’career adaptability and job migration ability.
