高校外语教师学术领导力量表的编制和信效度检验

The Development and Validation of the Academic Leadership Scale for College Foreign Language Teachers

高校外语教师学术领导力是影响外语教学的重要因素。本研究采用问卷和专家咨询的方法编制高校外语教师学术领导力量表,量表包括个体学术领导力量表和群体学术领导力量表两个部分,通过项目分析和信效度指标来检验量表结构及内容是否合理。研究结果表明,所有量表题项能够分别归入量表中所包含的因子内,且因子内部一致性较好,以此编制的高校外语教师学术领导力量表具有良好的信度与效度,可以作为评估高校外语教师学术领导力水平的测评工具。

College foreign language teachers'academic leadership is an important factor affecting foreign language teaching.The Academic Leadership Scale for College Foreign Languagee Teachers is developed through questionnaire and expert consultation.The Scale consists of two parts:individual academic leadership scale and group academic leadership scale,including 15 and 1o items respectively.Project analysis and reliability and validity index are used to test whether the structure and the content of the scale are reasonable.The results show that all the items can be classified into the factors contained in the scale,and the internal consistency of the factors is good.The results also show that the Academic Leadership Scale for College Foreign Language Teachers developed through this method has good reliability and validity.It can be used as an assessment tool to evaluate the academic leadership level of college foreign language teachers.
