经方泽漆汤治疗胸腔积液及胸腔粘连成功消除胸胁疼痛并取得胸部影像学吸收进展1例

One case of successful elimination of chest and flank pain and progress in chest imaging absorption in the treatment of pleural effusion and pleural adhesion with traditional Chinese medicine prescription Zeqi decoction

患儿,女,10岁,右侧胸部部疼痛1年余,西医诊断:(1)右侧胸腔积液;(2)胸膜粘连;中医诊断:胸部内伤病水毒内郁证。运用中医经方泽漆汤口服治疗10天,患儿胸胁疼痛消除并取得胸部影像学吸收进展。本文就患儿通过中医经方泽漆汤口服治疗获得胸胁疼痛消除并取得胸部影像学吸收进展的资料展开讨论。

The child,female,10years old,right chest pain for more than 1year,Western medicine diagnosis:1.Right pleural effusion 2.Pleural adhesion,TCM diagnosis:chest injury,melancholia syndrome of water toxicity.Oral treatment with traditional Chinese medicine through Fangze lacquer soup for 10days,the patient's chest pain was eliminated and the progress of chest imaging absorption was achieved.In this paper,we discuss the data of relief of thoracic pain and progress of chest imaging absorption by oral treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with Ze Qi decoction.
