高职青年教师教学能力提升策略研究

Research on Strategies of Improving Teaching Ability of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高校对博士研究生和硕士研究生的扩招,高校教师队伍不断壮大,大批高学历的青年教师被引进高校教师队伍,但是由于经验匮乏,他们的教学能力还未得到足够锻炼。提出青年教师教学能力培养目标和内容,分析当前青年教师教学能力存在的问题,提出青年教师教学能力提升策略,旨在促进高职院校有针对性地提升青年教师的教学能力。

With the expansion of the enrollment of doctoral and master students in colleges and universities,the team of college teachers is quickly growing,and a large number of young teachers with high academic qualifications have been introduced into the college teaching team.However,due to the lack of experience,their teaching ability has not been su-fficiently exercised.This paper proposes the training objec-tives and contents of the teaching ability of young teachers,analyzes the problems existing in the teaching ability of young teachers,tries to propose strategies for improving the teaching ability of young teachers,aiming to promote higher vocatio-nal colleges to improve the teaching ability of young teachers.
