基于模糊控制的智能输液自动控制系统设计

摘要 为高精度控制输液滴速,并实现智能输液自动预警,设计基于模糊控制的智能输液自动控制系统。将输液进度检测信息传输至单片机后,根据输液进度预设值与实际输液进度信息,判断输液是否正常结束或者滴速出现异常,输液正常结束后通过输液关断装置结束输液进度,若滴速不符合设定值,便通过基于模糊PID控制的智能输液滴速控制方法将滴速控制为设定值,实现输液自动控制。实验结果显示:系统对输液滴速的检测结果与实际滴速一致,对输液滴速的控制符合滴速设定值,可高精度控制输液滴速,可实现智能输液自动控制。 In order to control the infusion speed with high precision and realize the automatic early warning of intelligent infusion,an intelligent infusion automatic control system based on fuzzy control is designed.After transmitting the infusion progress detection information to the single chip microcomputer,judge whether the infusion ends normally or the drip speed is abnormal according to the preset value of infusion progress and the actual infusion progress information.After the infusion ends normally,the infusion progress is ended through the infusion shut-off device.If the drip speed does not meet the set value,the drip speed is controlled to the set value through the intelligent infusion drip speed control method based on Fuzzy PID control to realize the automatic infusion control.The experimental results show that the detection results of the infusion dropping speed are consistent with the actual dropping speed,the control of the infusion dropping speed is in line with the set value of the dropping speed,the infusion dropping speed can be controlled with high precision,and the intelligent infusion automatic control can be realized.
