推进越南“中文+职业技能”教育的独特优势、现实挑战及有效路径 被引量:1

The Unique Advantages, Realistic Challenges and Effective Approaches for Promoting“Chinese+ Vocational Skills” Education in Vietnam

摘要 随着中越两国在政治、经济、教育及文化等方面交流的快速发展,特别是在投资和经贸领域的合作走深走实,中越企业对兼具职业技能和中文能力复合型人才的需求与日俱增。越南在“中文+职业技能”教育方面具有独特优势,然而在标准建设、教学资源开发、复合型人才培养模式以及师资队伍建设等方面也面临较大的现实挑战。因此亟待建立符合越南国情的“中文+职业技能”教育标准,探索“中文+职业技能”复合型人才培养模式,建设多元化教学资源体系,打造以越南本土师资为主体的“双师型”队伍,扎实推进以“中文工坊”为主体的中文及文化中心建设,奠定越南“中文+职业技能”教育基地建设基础,切实服务和推进中越命运共同体构建。 With the rapid development of political,economic,educational and cultural exchanges between China and Vietnam,especially the deepening and solidification of cooperation in investment and economic and trade fields,the demand for multi-qualified talented people with both vocational skills and Chinese proficiency by Chinese and Vietnamese enterprises is increasing day by day,highlighting the unique advantages of Vietnam’s“Chinese+vocational skills”education.However,the realistic challenges faced in its construction of the standards,its teaching resource development,its training model for multi-qualified talented people,and its construction of the teaching staff still exist.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the“Chinese+vocational skills”education standards in line with Vietnam’s national conditions,explore the model of training multi-qualified talented people with“Chinese+vocational skills”,build a diversified teaching resource system in line with Vietnam’s national conditions,create a“dual-qualified”teaching team with Vietnamese local teachers as the mainstay,solidly promote the construction of Chinese and cultural centers with“Chinese workshops”as the main institutions,lay a solid foundation for the construction of Vietnam’s“Chinese+vocational skills”education base,and effectively serve and promote the construction of the China-Vietnam community with a shared future.
