永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统实验教学设计与实现

摘要 为加深学生对电气传动控制技术和永磁同步电机(PMSM)直接转矩控制(DTC)系统理论知识的理解,培养学生的团队合作能力和综合实践能力,搭建了直接转矩控制系统的实验平台,在课程教学中引入了HiGale半实物仿真系统和MATLAB软件。学生基于MATLAB软件对永磁同步电机的直接转矩控制系统进行仿真建模、参数调试、运行和分析,并进一步在HiGale中进行半实物仿真实验,对主要实验过程及结果加以分析,使得教学形式更加多样化。该平台帮助学生加深对直接转矩控制系统的理解和认识,提高学生理论联系实际的能力,激发学生对电机控制技术的学习兴趣。 In order to deepen students’understanding of the theoretical knowledge of the electrical drive technology and permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)direct torque control(DTC)system,cultivate their cooperative ability and comprehensive practical ability,an experimental platform for the PMSM DTC system has been established.The HiGale semi physical simulation system and MATLAB have been introduced into the course teaching.Students are required to conduct simulation modeling,parameter debugging,operation,and analysis of the PMSM DTC system based on MATLAB,further conduct semi physical simulation experiments in HiGale,and analyze the main experimental processes and results.This platform makes the teaching method more diverse,helps students deepen their understanding of the DTC system,improves their ability to integrate theory with practice,and stimulates students’interest in learning the motor control technology.
