摘要
基于科教融合模式,设计了碱性电解水析氢电催化剂NiCu/Ni(OH)_(2)综合实验。采用电化学沉积和电化学氧化的实验方法,在泡沫镍基底原位制备了一种析氢性能良好的电催化剂。借助大型仪器共享平台,运用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)以及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了电催化剂的物相信息,并运用线性扫描伏安法(LSV)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、循环伏安法(CV)和计时电位法(CP)探究了电催化剂的析氢性能。通过综合实验的训练,开阔了大学生的视野,提高了其综合实验技能和创新思维能力。
A comprehensive experiment of NiCu/Ni(OH)_(2) electrocatalysts is designed for the alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),based on the science and education integration model.The efficient HER electrocatalyst was constructed in situ on the nickel foam substrate by electrochemical deposition and electrooxidation.Meanwhile,large instruments such as field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were utilized to analyze the phase information of the catalyst.Linear sweep voltammetry(LSV),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),cyclic voltammetry(CV)and chronopotential potentiometry(CP)were used to investigate the hydrogen evolution reaction of the catalyst.The comprehensive experiment broadens students’vision and significantly improves students’comprehensive experimental skills and innovative thinking ability.
