摘要
目的针对植物样本中非法添加的处方类药物替来他明(tiletamine),建立气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)定性、定量分析方法,并进行方法学评价。方法公安机关收缴的槟榔植物样本研磨粉碎后经甲醇溶剂超声提取,提取液进行气相色谱-质谱联用分析,选用HP-5MS(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)色谱柱,对提取条件进行了优化。结果此方法在0.5~500μg/g范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.9997;检出限LOD=0.15μg/mL,定量限LOQ=0.5μg/mL;方法回收率78.8%~96.5%,RSD值≤7.6%。结论所建方法简便快捷,灵敏度高,稳定性好,适用于法庭科学中该类案件检验工作。
Objective In response to the abuse of the controlled drug tiletamine,which is illegally added into the plant samples,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method for qualitative and quantitative detection were established and the methodology was evaluated.Methods Areca nut samples confiscated by public security organs were pulverized and extracted by ultrasonic extraction with methanol.HP-5MS(30m×0.25mm×0.25um)column was selected,and the extraction conditions were optimized.Results The linear range was 0.5~500.0μg/g with correlation coefficient of 0.9997.The limit of detection(LOD)was O.15μg/mL and the limit of quantitation(LOQ)was 0.5μg/mL.The recoveries were in the range of 78.8%~96.5%.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)was less than 7.6%.ConclusionT The established method is simple,rapid,sensitive and stable,is suitable for the examination of such cases in courtscience.
