高压氧干预对高海拔移居者睡眠质量、抑郁状况及HRV的调节效应

The Improvement of Sleep Quality,Depression and HRV in Young Immigrants in Tibet by Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment

摘要 为了探讨高压氧干预是否可以改善高原移居者的睡眠质量、抑郁状况和自主神经系统的平衡性,选取成年后移居高海拔地区的44名大学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组.两组被试者在20次高压氧干预前、干预后和干预后第15天分别测评匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D)及心率变异性(HRV).结果发现:1)经过20次的高压氧干预,实验组的PSQI、CES-D得分显著下降(P_(s)<0.05);2)实验组HRV中的HF(高频功率)数值显著提高(P<0.05)、LF(低频功率)及LF/HF数值显著下降(P_(s)<0.05);而对照组的前后所测各指标之间均不存在显著性差异(P_(s)>0.05).结论:高压氧干预改善了高原移居者睡眠、抑郁状况及自主神经系统的平衡性,且存在明显的预后效应. To explore whether hyperbaric oxygen intervention can improve the sleep quality,mitigate depression and promote the balance of autonomic nervous system of plateau immigrants,forty-four college students migrating to plateau area as adults were selected as the research objects,who were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Center for Epidemiological studies Depression Scales(CES-D)and the indicators of heart rate variability(HRV)of the two groups were documented pre-and-post intervention and two weeks after the intervention.The results showed that:1)after twenty times of hyperbaric oxygen intervention,the PSQI and CES-D scores of the experimental group dropped dramatically(P_(s)<0.05).2)The experimental group showed remarkable decrease in the values of LF and LF/HF(P_(s)<0.05),and significant increase in the value of HF in HRV(P<0.05);while no prominent differences were found between the indicators in the control group pre-and-post intervention(P_(s)>0.05).Conclusion:hyperbaric oxygen intervention improved the sleep quality,alleviated depression and enhanced the balance of autonomic nervous system of plateau immigrants,with obvious prognostic effects.
