铁路信号室内设备运行环境综合监测研究

摘要 研究目的:本文通过对室内信号设备正常运行造成安全威胁的外电入侵、防雷接地劣化失效、地电位反击、故障电弧、电气设备发热等多种风险因素的侵入路径及演变机理的分析,提出优化的处理措施和监测手段,对监测数据进行汇总和大数据分析,对设备状态和性能演变趋势进行预测,达到预警、报警和联动控制的目的,以便快速判定故障原因,采取有效应急处置措施,避免故障扩大。研究结论:(1)电缆引入室内的一次成端由现行规范规定的不断开铝护套调整为断开铝护套,以便更好地阻止外电入侵;(2)车站搭建基于成端监测、防雷监测、接地监测和故障电弧监测的室内运行环境综合监测平台,可实现故障诊断预警功能;中心可实现多系统集中监控、故障诊断分析和定位等功能;(3)本研究成果可应用于信号智能运维领域,为研发和应用信号室内设备运行环境综合监测系统提供参考和借鉴。 Research purposes:This paper analyzed the intrusion route and evolution mechanism of several risk factors,such as lightning and return current intrusion,degradation or invalidation of lightning protection and earthing,earth potential counterattack,fault arc and heating of electrical equipment which endangers normal operation of signaling indoor equipment.Solutions and monitoring manners were proposed,the monitoring data was collected,and the trend of equipment status based on big data analysis was analyzed in order to meet the target of warning,alarm and linkage.It could also help decide failure causes quickly,and take valid emergency measures and avoid expansion of failure.Research conclusions:(1)The aluminum sheath of lead-in indoor cable was replaced based on current specification.(2)The integrated monitoring platform of indoor operation environment was established based on terminating monitoring,lightning monitoring,earthing monitoring and fault arc monitoring at station,to realize failure diagnose and warning function.The central equipment can realize multiple system monitoring,failure diagnose,analysis and positioning function.(3)The research results can be applied at signaling intelligent maintenance field,and can be taken as reference for development and application of indoor operation environment monitoring system.
