The application of ChatGPT type Artificial Intelligence Generated Content has had a huge impact on human society in terms of subject,technology,and spatial dimensions.However,it has also caused a series of legal risks such as data security issues,generation of false information and intellectual property protection difficulties at the same time.The law should provide timely normative guidance based on the development trend of artificial intelligence technology and achieve data protection with the concept of balancing technology and security,set reasonable care obligations for program developers,operators and service providers to control and avoid the generation of false information as much as possible,and analyze whether the text generation behavior of ChatGPT violates the rights of the original author based on different situations,and at the same time,the intellectual property rights of ChatGPT generated content should belong to the user in the current tech-nological context.
