摘要
帕金森病(PD)是最为常见的神经退行性疾病之一,其特征是黑质致密部多巴胺能神经元的进行性退化,导致纹状体中的多巴胺水平下降,从而引起运动障碍。间充质干细胞(MSCs)作为一种早期未分化的细胞,由于其具有分化潜能、植入和归巢以及免疫调节作用,是临床治疗PD的理想细胞类型。MSCs的给药方式多样,但植入存活率低,如何选择合适的给药方式,增强移植MSCs的存活,进一步分化成神经元能力的研究显得尤为重要,以保证MSCs在治疗PD中达到理想的效果。
Parkinson’s disease(PD)is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases,characterized by progressive degeneration of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra,leading to a decrease in dopamine levels in the striatum,causing dyskinesia.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs),as an early undifferentiated cell,are an ideal cell type for the clinical treatment of Parkinson's disease due to their differentiation potential,implantation and homing,and immunomodulatory effects.MSCs are administered in various ways but the survival rate of implantation is low,how to choose the appropriate delivery method,enhance the survival of transplanted MSCs,and further differentiate into neurons is particularly important to ensure that MSCs achieve ideal results in the treatment of PD.
