新冠疫情期间网络教学在中医院校肾内科的应用

摘要 目的观察新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称“新冠”)疫情期间网络教学在中医院校肾内科的应用。方法以南京中医药大学中医学专业7个班级的学生为观察对象,分为对照组和实验组,实验组使用腾讯会议进行网络教学,对照组采用基于雨课堂的课堂教学模式。教学完成后,要求所有学生填写调查问卷以了解一般情况及教学评价,并统一安排考试。结果问卷调查显示,学生对网络教学和课堂教学的接受程度相当,对知识的掌握程度及考试成绩相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新冠疫情期间中医院校肾内科教学可采用网络课程的模式。其与课堂教学各有利弊,二者结合可能是未来主流的教学模式。 Objective To explore the effect of online course in the teaching of nephrology during COVID-19 epidemic in university of Chinese medicine.Methods Students from 7 classes of traditional Chinese medicine major as research objects in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were divided into online group and classroom group.The online group used Tencent meeting for online teaching,and the classroom group adopted the classroom teaching mode based on Rain Classroom.All students with the same test paper were as-sessed at the same time and in the same place,and filled out questionnaires.Results The questionnaire survey showed that students’acceptance of online teaching and classroom teaching was similar,and there was no significant difference in knowledge mastery and test scores(P>0.05).Conclusion It is necessary and appropriate to carry out online teaching during the COVID-19 epidemic.The combination of classroom teaching and online teaching may be the mainstream teaching mode in the future.
