参芪麦味地黄汤治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病临床观察

Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang Decoction in Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus of Deficiency of both Qi and Yin Type

目的观察参芪麦味地黄汤治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的临床效果、安全性。方法选取气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者70例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。对照组患者给予盐酸二甲双胍片进行治疗,治疗组患者给予盐酸二甲双胍片联合参芪麦味地黄汤进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组中医证候积分均下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)水平、餐后2 h血糖水平(2 h PG)和糖化血红蛋白水平(HbA1c)明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率97.14%(34/35)高于对照组的71.43%(25/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪麦味地黄汤可以明显改善气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者的临床症状,能够有效降低患者的FPG水平、2 h PG水平和HbA1c水平,比单纯西药治疗效果更显著,值得临床辨证应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of type 2 dia-betes mellitus of deficiency of both qi and yin type.Methods Seventy patients with type 2 diabetes of deficiency of both qi and yin type were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 35 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with metformin tablets,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with metformin tablets combined with Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The fasting plasma glucose(FPG)level,2 h postprandial blood glucose level(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)level of the treatment group were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of the control group(71.43%,25/35),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of both qi and yin type,and can effectively reduce FPG level,2 h PG level,and HbA1c level of patients,which is more significant than the treatment of western medicine alone,and is worthy of clinical application.
