基于培土生金针刺治疗肺脾气虚型哮喘临床观察

Acupuncture in the Treatment of Asthma with Qi Deficiency of Lung and Spleen Based on Invigorating Spleen for Benefiting Lung

目的基于培土生金观察针刺治疗肺脾气虚型哮喘的有效性和安全性。方法将80例肺脾气虚型哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用培土生金针刺法治疗。观察两组治疗前后各项肺功能指标[第一秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV_(1)/FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))]、哮喘控制测试量表(ACT)评分及中医证候评分。结果治疗后,两组各项肺功能指标、ACT评分及中医证候评分均改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论培土生金针刺法是治疗肺脾气虚型哮喘的有效方法,能改善患者肺功能,提高其生活质量。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in treating asthma with qi deficiency of lung and spleen based on invigorating spleen for benefiting lung.Methods Eighty asthma patients with qi deficiency of lung and spleen were randomly di-vided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the treatment group was treated with invigorating spleen for benefiting lung acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Pulmo-nary function indexes[percentage of forced expiratory volume in forced vital capacity in the first second(FEV_(1)/FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))],score of asthma control Test Scale(ACT)and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results After treatment,the pulmonary function indexes,ACT scores and TCM syndrome scores of both groups were improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The invigorating spleen for benefiting lung acupuncture is an effective method to treat asthma with qi deficiency of lung and spleen,and can improve the lung function and the quality of life of patients.
