中医外治法治疗乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿研究进展

Research Progress of External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Breast Cancer-related Lymphedema

乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿(BCRL)是乳腺癌术后常见并发症,其发展迅速,如若不及时治疗,严重者可导致肌肉疼痛和肩肘关节功能永久丧失。中医药为中华民族主流医学,是历代医学家通过不断实践而传承下来的文化瑰宝,众多研究表明其防治BCRL效果显著,具有独特优势。故文章从中药外用、针灸推拿、耳穴压豆、刺络拔罐4个角度,对中医药外治法在防治BCRL中的研究进展进行系统性总结,也为BCRL的后续相关研究提供理论依据。

Breast cancer-related lymphedema(BCRL)is a common postoperative complication of breast cancer that can develop rap-idly and,if left untreated,can lead to muscle pain and permanent loss of shoulder and elbow function.Traditional Chinese medicine is the mainstream medicine of the Chinese nation for generations,and it is a cultural treasure passed down by generations of medical sci-entists through their own continuous practice,and many studies have shown that it has remarkable efficacy and unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of BCRL.Therefore,this paper systematically summarized the research progress of external therapy of tra-ditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of BCRL from four perspectives,including external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and tuina,auricular bean pressing and cupping,and also provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up related treatment research of BCRL.
