Research Progress of Alzheimer’s Disease

阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一组隐匿性的神经退行性病变,其主要临床特征是持续性、退行性的认知功能障碍及非认知性神经精神症状。随着疾病的进展,此病患者的生活质量会极大降低。且随着年龄的增加,此病病死率有所提升。然而目前国内外尚无明确的、有针对性的诊疗方案,因此及早干预以减缓甚至阻止疾病的进展,具有重要的临床意义。

Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a group of hidden neurodegenerative diseases.Its main clinical features are persistent degen-erative cognitive dysfunction and non cognitive neuropsychiatric symptoms.With the progress of the disease,the quality of life of pa-tients is greatly reduced,and the mortality of the disease is also increased with the increase of age.However,there is no clear and tar-geted diagnosis and treatment plan at home and abroad,so early intervention to slow down or even prevent the progress of the disease has important clinical significance.
