中医药专业大学生师承教育认知调查及融入途径研究

摘要 目的了解中医药专业大学生对师承教育的认知现状及影响因素,为中医药教育模式改革的合理推进提供依据。方法运用整群抽样的方法,对全国10余所高校中医药类专业大一至研究生490名学生进行问卷调查;采用方差分析(ANOVA)和皮尔逊相关性分析进行融入师承教育意愿的影响因素研究。结果对于师承教育,17.55%(86/490)的中医药专业大学生非常关注,25.92%(127/490)比较关注,32.45%(159/490)有一定关注,24.08%(118/490)的学生完全不关注;不同专业、性别、年级的中医药专业大学生对师承教育的关注程度及模式选择差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),实习经历为其主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论目前我国中医药专业大学生对师承教育了解程度不理想。教育部门需引导学生正确认识师承教育并提供更精细化、个性化的多元师承教育模式,积极构建中医药教育新体系。 Objective To gain a perspective on the current status of master-apprentice education of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)students,as well as their impact factors,which will provide guidelines for the smooth promotions for the reform of the TCM edu-cations.Methods A questionnaire survey on the 490 students from more than 10 colleges who major in TCM ranging from freshmen to postgraduates was conducted based on the cluster sampling method.The studies on the impact factors that affect the willingness to take part in the TCM education of the academic transmission and inheritance were performed with ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis.Results 17.55%(86/490)of TCM students were very concerned about teacher education,25.92%(127/490)were relatively concerned,32.45%(159/490)were somewhat concerned,24.08%(118/490)were not concerned at all.There were differences in the de-gree of concern and mode selection of TCM students in different majors,genders and grades(P<0.01),and internship experience was the main influencing factor(P<0.05).Conclusion The understanding of TCM students on master-apprentice education was unsatisfac-tory.The educational departments need to guide the students to gain a better understanding of master-apprentice education,which thereby provides them more delicate and personalized educational models and establishes new TCM education systems.
