中医骨伤科学专科化培养的调查研究

Investigation on Specialized Training of Orthopedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine

通过问卷调查师生及用人单位对中医骨伤科学专业专科化培养的相关问题,分析专业独立设置的相关问题和专科重点培养层次的相关问题,调查分析发现将中医骨伤科学设置成独立专业是社会医疗所需,符合时代发展;中医骨伤科学专业培养重点层次应着眼于本科及以上高精尖人才,以适应国情;并根据现阶段我国医疗市场对该专业人才的需求,合理设置以适应不同阶段的需要。

Through a questionnaire survey on the problems related to the specialized training of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine,teachers,students and employers,the relevant problems related to the independent setting of specialties and the relevant problems at the key training level of specialties were analyzed.The investigation and analysis found that the setting of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine as an independent major is the need of social medical treatment and in line with the development of The Times.In order to adapt to the national conditions,the key level of training of orthopedic science of traditional Chinese medicine should focus on the talents with bachelor’s degree or above.In addition,according to the demand of the medical market for this profes-sional talent at the present stage of our country,reasonable settings were carried out to meet the needs of different stages.
