基于互联网服务的中医人才培养模式探索

中医药在三年新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防治中发挥了重要的作用。互联网诊治在分流线下诊疗、减少交叉感染、有效抑制疫情扩散中发挥了很大作用,中医互联网已加入疫情防治的“主战场”。探索中医互联网服务模式,结合现代化技术,实现中医现代化是发展中医必行之路。近年来,优秀中医师队伍的数量缺口仍然很大,有效储备和培养后续新生的中医力量迫在眉睫。探索从源头抓起培养优质中医医师的模式,发展壮大优质中医师队伍具有重要意义。基于此,文章对中医人才培养的策略展开探讨。
