探讨显微镜下支撑喉镜手术治疗声带息肉的疗效及对患者嗓音恢复情况的影响

Efficacy of Microscopic Supported Laryngoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Vocal Polyps and its Effect on the Recovery of Patients’Voices

目的:分析声带息肉治疗中采取显微镜下支撑喉镜手术方案应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年1月本院收治的66例声带息肉治疗患者为研究对象,并基于随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组。对照组接受纤维喉镜下手术,研究组开展显微镜下支撑喉镜手术治疗。对比观察两组临床疗效、嗓音功能恢复、息肉复发与并发症变化差异。结果:研究组治疗后总有效率高于对照组,且声音完全恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);同手术前相比,手术后研究组嗓音功能评分低于对照组、嗓音嘶哑分级低于对照组、嗓音声学参数指标优于对照组(P<0.05);两组手术后并发症发生率对比无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),随访1年发现,研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对声带息肉疾病所采取的手术方案,显微镜下支撑喉镜手术的应用对患者嗓音恢复、嗓音声学参数与息肉复发产生的治疗效果佳,临床可进一步推广应用。

Objective:To analyse the application effect of taking microscopic support laryngoscopy surgical plan in the treatment of vocal cord polyps.Methods:66 cases of patients treated for vocal cord polyps admitted to our hospital from 2019.01 to 2023.01 were selected as the study object and divided into the control group and the study group based on the random number table method.The control group received fibre laryngoscopic surgery,and the study group carried out microscopic support laryngoscopic surgery treatment.The clinical efficacy,voice function recovery,polyp recurrence and complication changes of the two groups were compared and observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the time of complete voice recovery was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);compared with the preoperative period,the voice function score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the hoarseness grading of the voice was lower than that of the control group,and the indexes of the voice acoustic parameters of the study group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the rate of postoperative complications between the two groups did not have any significant statistical difference(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of microscopic support laryngoscopy for the surgical solution of vocal polyp disease has a good therapeutic effect on the recovery of the patient’s voice,the acoustic parameters of the voice and the recurrence of the polyp,and can be further promoted in the clinic.
