论正念的教育价值及其实现

On the Educational Value of Mindfulness and Its Realization

摘要 正念是个体旨在提升生命质量和生活品质,以开放、接纳和不加任何评判的态度,持续地专注、觉知身心内外对象的方式和过程,以及达成的身心平衡的存在状态或境界。正念之于教育具有重要价值,主要表现在提升学生注意力、形塑学生道德品质、促进学生自我统整、增进学生主观幸福感等方面。为了充分实现正念的教育价值,尝试开展正念教育的学校需要增强正念价值认同,有序开展正念教育活动,培养合格的正念教师,打造正念教育生态。 Mindfulness is a state of a balanced state of being or realm of the body and mind where individuals aim to improve the quality of their lives and the quality of daily life by continuously focusing on and becoming aware of objects inside and outside of their bodies and minds with an open,accepting,and non-judgmental attitude.The education of mindfulness has important values,mainly manifested in improving students'attention,shaping students'moral qualities,promoting students'self-unification,and enhancing students subjective sense of well-being.In order to fully realize the educational value of mindfulness,schools that try to carry out mindfulness education need to enhance the value of mindfulness,conduct mindfulness education exercises in an orderly manner,cultivate qualified mindfulness teachers and build an ecology of mindfulness education.
