整全育人视域下校园欺凌的治理逻辑与实践进路 被引量:1

The Governance Logic and Practical Path of School Bullying in the Perspective of Holistic Education

摘要 整全育人强调人的发展的完整性、统一性,追求各种教育影响在共时和历时层面的一致性,注重提出解决具体教育问题的系统行动方案。在校园欺凌治理中自觉运用整全育人理念,能够在学校建成一体化的欺凌预防与干预系统,提升校园欺凌治理有效性。整全育人视域中的校园欺凌治理,要求在学校教育系统中建立遵循平等对话原则的学生管理共同体及校园欺凌治理共同体,确定价值观建构与社交行为规范相统一的校园欺凌治理目标,将校园欺凌治理的教育任务落实到课程建设、教学设计、校园文化构建等学校教育各环节中,建立正面行为激励与欺凌行为惩戒相结合的立体引导机制,充分发挥学校育人主阵地作用。 Holistic education emphasizes the integrity and unity of human development,seeking consistency in various educational influences at both synchronous and diachronic levels.It focuses on proposing systematic action plans to address specific educational issues.By consciously applying the concept of holistic education,schools can establish an integrated system for preventing and intervening bullying,thus enhancing the effectiveness of school bullying governance.In the realm of holistic education,the governance of campus bullying requires the establishment of student management communities and school bullying governance communities in the school education system,following the principles of equal dialogue.It also involves setting unified goals for values and social behavioral norms in school bullying governance,implementing the educational tasks of campus bullying governance through curriculum development,teaching design,and school culture construction and other links in school education,and establishing the comprehensive guidance mechanism that combines positive behavior incentives with punishments for bullying behavior,giving full play to the role of schools as the main platform for cultivating individuals.
