科研建筑电力负荷密度研究

摘要 通过对中国科学院科研院所集中的北京市中关村和奥运村区域内数十家单位的电力负荷进行深入调查研究,结合有关单位运行维护的电力监测平台数据,通过数据统计、处理和分析,设计流程复盘、设计参数验算等方法,辅以科研院所实地走访等手段,从建设单位和设计单位共同关注的科研建筑“怎么算负荷,装机装多大”入手,针对科研建筑电力负荷密度的合理取值作出探索。 An in-depth investigation is conducted on the power load of dozens of units in Zhongguancun and Olympic Village in Beijing where research institutes Sof Chinese Academy of Sciences Sare distributed in a concentrated way;based on the statistics,processing and analysis of operation and maintenance data of the power monitoring plaform of relevant units,review of the design process and checking calculationof design parameters,as well as field visits to the research institutes,attention is paid to the common concern of the owner and the designer,namely"how to calculate the loads and what installed capacity should be selected",so as to explore the reasonable value of power load density of scientific research buildings.
