外泌体主要非编码RNA在膀胱癌中的研究进展

Research progress of exosome major non-coding RNA in bladder cancer

膀胱癌(bladder cancer, BC)是起源于膀胱尿路上皮的恶性肿瘤,极易复发且预后较差。外泌体(exosome)是一种具有脂质双分子层的囊泡,含有非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)及蛋白质等物质,在细胞间物质转运和信号转导中起重要作用。非编码RNA是一种不编码蛋白质的RNA具有调控基因表达的功能,被报道参与几乎所有肿瘤的发生发展过程。随着对膀胱癌发病机制研究的不断深入,外泌体源性非编码RNA已经成为研究热点,该文就目前三种主要外泌体源性非编码RNA在膀胱癌中的研究进展作一综述,以期为未来的研究提供方向。

Bladder cancer(BC)is a malignant tumour originating in the urothelial epithelium of the bladder.It is prone to relapse and has a poor prognosis.Exosome is a kind of lipid bilayer vesicle containing non-coding RNA(ncRNA)and proteins,which plays an important role in intercellular material transport and signal transduction.Non-coding RNAs are non-protein-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression and have been reported to be involved in the development of almost all tumors.With the deepening of the research on the pathogenesis of bladder cancer,exosomal-derived non-coding RNA has become a research hotspot.In this paper,in order to provide a direction for future research,the current research progress of exosomal-derived three main types non-coding RNA in bladder cancer is reviewed.
