摘要
胶质母细胞瘤(glioblastoma,GBM)是一种高度恶性的原发性中枢神经系统肿瘤,患者预后差。RNA甲基化修饰作为一种广泛研究的表观遗传机制,已被证明在肿瘤的发生和发展中发挥重要作用。该文旨在探讨各种RNA甲基化修饰方式在GBM发生发展中的研究进展,为探索更有效的治疗策略提供新方向。
Glioblastoma(GBM)is a highly malignant primary central nervous system tumor with a poor prognosis.RNA methylation modification is a widely studied epigenetic mechanism,which has been shown to play an important role in the genesis and development of tumors.This paper aims to explore the research progress of various RNA modification methods in GBM,and provide new directions for exploring more effective therapeutic strategies for GBM.
