师范专业认证背景下物理学专业人才培养方案调查研究——以南昌师范学院物理学专业为例

Investigation and Research on Talents Training Program of Physics Talents Under Background of Normal Professional Certification:Taking Physics Specialty of Nanchang Normal University as Example

摘要 基于师范专业认证背景,对南昌师范学院物理学专业人才培养方案进行问卷调查。调查结果显示:南昌师范学院物理学专业的学生大部分来自江西省内,其中农村和中小城镇学生比例占绝大部分;学生期望值较高的工作是有合适报酬、与本专业相关以及工作关系稳定的工作,最期望进入的是事业单位,大部分期望的税后薪酬为3500~7000元;学生认为现开设课程中,心理健康教育、计算机类以及职业规划课程等通识教育课程,教育理论、教育技能、教育实践等教师教育类课程,以及力学课程等专业核心课程,对今后的工作和学习帮助较大;此外,学生对实践类课程兴趣很高。调查结果能为人才培养方案的修订提供重要参考。 Based on the background of normal professional certification,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the training program of physics professionals in Nanchang Normal University.The survey results show that most of the students majoring in physics in Nanchang Normal University come from Jiangxi Province,and the proportion of students in rural areas and small and medium-sized cities accounts for the majority.Physics students have higher expectations of work are appropriate remuneration,related to the professional and stable work relations,the most expected to enter the institutions,most of the expected after-tax pay of 3500 to 7000 yuan.Among the courses currently offered,mental health education,computer and career planning courses in general education courses,educational theory,educational skills and educational practice courses in teacher education courses and mechanics courses in professional core courses are considered by students to be of great help to future work and learning.In addition,students are highly interested in practical courses.The survey results can provide important reference for the revision of talent training program.
